Orders are made fresh and will be dispatched 2-4 days after payment has been received. However, if your items are in stock we will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

Return policy:

We aim to provide the best quality cuts with our unique flavours, however, if for some reason you are not happy with your order please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Refunds may be offered.

If we require you to send back your order please send it back in its original packaging to:
Mangawhai Meat Shop, Shop 4 Moir Street, Mangawhai.

Due to meat being a perishable product, we are unable to accept cancellations or make amendments on delivery day.
If you wish to make changes to your order you can amend your order up until 3 pm the day before delivery.
